Advertising disclosure

Lubbock Tree Pros is an advertising and referral service operated by Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC. This page explains exactly what that means.

We are not a tree company

We do not remove, trim, prune or grind trees, and we do not perform any tree work. We hold no licence or insurance for that work and make no claim to either. Every job discussed on this site is carried out by an independent local tree company.

What happens when you call

The telephone number on this site is a tracking number operated by us. Calls to it are forwarded to an independent tree company serving Lubbock and the surrounding area. Calls may be recorded. You will hear an announcement to that effect before the call connects, and if you would prefer not to be recorded you can hang up at that point or use the estimate form instead.

Texas permits recording with the consent of one party to the call. We announce it regardless, so that every caller knows before the conversation begins.

How we are paid

The tree company that receives your enquiry pays us, either a fixed monthly fee for enquiries from this site or a per-enquiry amount. You are never charged, and what you pay for the work is between you and the tree company. We do not mark up their pricing and we take no share of the job.

What we do with your details

Your name, phone number and description of the job are passed to the tree company so they can arrange an estimate. We keep a record of enquiries so we can tell whether the site is working. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to several companies to bid against each other.

Reviews and photographs

There are no reviews on this site, because it launched in 2026 and has none of its own. The photographs are licensed stock images used to illustrate tree work; none of them shows a job arranged through this site, and no caption suggests otherwise.

Accuracy

The guidance on this site is general information about tree work in Lubbock and the South Plains, not professional advice about your property or a legal determination. City codes, utility rules and watering restrictions change. Confirm anything that matters with the City of Lubbock, your own city if you live outside it, or your electric utility before relying on it.
