Calling is faster, and if a limb is on the house or near a line it is the only sensible option. Most questions about whether a tree needs to come down can be talked through in a few minutes.

Serving Lubbock, Lubbock County, Wolfforth, Slaton, Levelland and Brownfield. Calls may be recorded — see the disclosure.
What to have ready
- The address, or at least the ZIP, because that decides which company covers you
- Roughly how tall the tree is, compared with the house
- What it is near: the roof, a fence, the alley line, the driveway
- Whether a truck can get to it from the alley
- What kind of tree it is, if you know; "elm" or "pine" is plenty
What happens when you call
The number on this site reaches us, not a call centre. If the question can be answered on the phone, it will be, including when the answer is that the tree does not need anything yet. If it needs someone to look at it, we pass the details to one local tree company that covers your area, and they contact you to arrange the visit. A photo of the whole tree, taken from far enough back to see the top, saves time and can be sent after the call.
What cannot be settled on the phone
Price. A tree job is priced on what the tree is over, how a truck gets to it and what condition the wood is in, and none of that can be judged down a phone line. Anyone who gives a firm number sight unseen is either padding it or will change it on the day.
If it is a storm call
Say so first. Tell us whether anything is on the house, a vehicle or a line, and whether anyone is hurt. If a power line is involved, call the electric utility before anyone else, and 911 if the line is down and someone is in danger. After a big wind or ice event every tree company in town is busy, so the urgent jobs go first and brush on the lawn waits.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before the call connects saying the call may be recorded. Texas law allows recording with one party's consent, but we tell every caller anyway, so the choice is yours before anything is said. Recordings exist so a job is not misremembered later. If you would rather not be recorded, use the estimate form instead.

Common questions
Do you answer on weekends?
Saturdays, yes. Sunday calls are returned on Monday, except storm calls, which get a call back as early as possible.
Can I just get advice?
Yes. Plenty of calls end with no job booked, and that is a fine outcome.
